Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden’s 34th Annual Neptune Ball Carnevale dell’Arte is inspired by a dazzling Venetian masquerade and celebrates the strong tradition of performing and visual arts programming on our campus, as well as the fascinating multicultural elements of our grounds.
