Speakers include author and teacher Imam Hassan Akbar; Sister Asiya Nasir Shaheed of J.E.S.S.I.C.A. Cares; Northwell Health Chaplain Gareth Bryant, Sister Zainab Abdul-Rahim of Muslim Wholehearted Initiative, Five Before Five founder/ Psychologist Dr. Raymond Brock-Murray, and Sister Hanadi Doleh of the Interfaith Center of New York.
After sundown, we will break fast with delicious food catered by Shaw-nae’s House. Join us to celebrate!
Bait-ul Jamaat, House of Community, is a community service organization. Their mission is to provide activities, programs, educational series and advocacy support, to the underserved families borough-wide; starting right here in our base of Staten Island.
