Harbor Lights presents RENT as part of their fall season. This fall, Harbor Lights presents Rent, the landmark 1996 Tony and Pulitzer Prize winning musical! Based on Puccini’s La Boheme, Rent  transfers Puccini’s young artists to New York City’s East Village and bohemian Alphabet City at the end of the millennium.  Rent  is a celebration of friendship, survival, and the struggle to find meaning in life.  Written by the late Jonathan Larsen, Rent’s rollicking score boasts “One Song Glory,” “Take Me or Leave Me,” “I’ll Cover You,” and the now iconic pop anthem “Seasons of Love.” Harbor Lights is proud to produce Rent  for it’s twenty year anniversary as it continues to bring new audiences to the theater! Directed by Alex Perez. Musical Direction by Charles Santoro. Lighting Design Kia Rogers. Tickets are $35, $40, $45, ($5 discount for Seniors 65 and over & Students with valid ID)
