MetroPlusHealth and Phenomenal Women Association present Health & Beauty Inside and Out, a free community event with various health screenings, a health insurance workshop, chair yoga, a planting workshop, financial wellness, a resource expo and so much more!

In the last few years in light of the pandemic health and wellness has been a main concern for many. We also realize that many in our community need to prioritize their mental and physical health. We have created an event to tackle, our physical, mental, sexual, and financial health, areas that when neglected can have a serious impact on our lives.

Join us for this free family friendly community event. The day will include opportunities to enroll in health insurance, ask questions about health coverage, and receive a wellness check, along with health & beauty tips from community experts.  Families and adults will have the opportunity to participate in educational interactive workshops (English & Spanish). Snug Harbor will present planting and organics recycling, focusing on planting and composting. We encourage you to take advantage of the free health screening mobile unit by CHASI.
