This special evening features a champagne welcome, passed canapés, wine reception, and a four-course tasting menu with wine pairing prepared by Per Se’s team, led by Chef de Cuisine Corey Chow.
Your dining experience will include herbs and vegetables from the Snug Harbor Heritage Farm, which provides organic produce to Per Se and some of the most prestigious chefs in New York City.
As a special bonus, the event will include a silent auction for two Gold Experience Cards, valued at $1,500 each, generously donated by Per Se. Proceeds from the silent auction and the dinner support Snug Harbor’s mission and programming.
