Jump, run, cool off, and have a blast at Sprinklerfest!  With a dance performance, food, music, and over 30 sprinklers, it’s a great day for families to meet their neighbors and come together for a day of fun in the sun.

New in 2022: Enjoy a performance from the Young Dancemakers Company from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Young Dancemakers Company (YDC) is a unique, tuition-free summer dance ensemble of New York City teenagers, dedicated to creating and performing their own original work. The company is in its 27th season and features dancers from a variety of New York City public high schools city-wide, selected by audition. Throughout July, the dancers undergo daily intensive training and rehearsal sessions to create a concert of their own choreography, based on meaningful personal and social themes. Each choreographer collaborates with a professional composer and costume designer to bring their pieces to life. On July 22nd at Snug Harbor, they will perform their latest works plus an excerpt from the repertoire of KEIGWIN + COMPANY. The one-hour concert will be followed by lively dance-making with the audience, led by the company, plus a post-concert Q&A.
