For Women’s History Month we will celebrate Staten Island women writers such as Audre Lorde, Dorothy Day, Florence Morse Kingsley, Catherine Murray, and more! Poet and professor Dr. Marguerite Maria Rivas invites the public to participate in an open reading from the works of women writers. Passages of their work will be provided. Open reading will follow.
