Learn the art of pickling and fermentation! Jar your own quick pickled veggies and sauerkraut as we spotlight fresh, local produce and Staten Island’s agricultural history. These tasty creations make wonderful, homemade gifts for friends and family. Preserve the taste of summer. Each participant leaves with 2 jars. All supplies provided.
This event is for guests 21 and over.
Your ticket includes admission to the Museum, which is open until the event begins at 7:30pm. Come early to explore!
