Trees take care of you every day: show some respect by learning how to mulch them with compost! Mulching with compost allows for moisture conservation by slowing evaporation and increasing the organic matter that can hold water. The nutrition in the compost releases slowly, giving those roots delicious food through the season. Learn more at this brief workshop, and pick up some compost to mulch your own trees!
