Jump into the world of wetlands! This interactive program invites your children to discover how wetlands protect our watersheds and start to explore the impacts of urban development. Through interactive and socially engaging activities, hands-on eco-arts and crafts, field observations, independent reading times and engaging activities with inspiring guest presenters; children will use the scientific method to uncover the secrets of these vital ecosystems. By week’s end, they’ll create a group project to share with friends and family, showcasing their discoveries and ideas for protecting these essential habitats.
