Join Heritage Farm and The Sylvia Center for a hands-on Quick Pickling Workshop! Celebrate the fresh flavors of cucumbers, cucamelons, and other delicious produce, grown right on the farm while learning the basics of quick pickling to increase flavor, feed your gut biome, and extend the shelf life of your produce. Discover the benefits, explore delicious and unique recipes, and take away two pickling recipes with summer produce good for pickling and a pickling jar! This interactive workshop is perfect for food lovers, home cooks, and anyone looking to add a tangy twist to their kitchen creations! Learn how to extend the life of summer’s produce bounty so it doesn’t become waste!
