Abuela’s Kitchen: Abuelita Masala: A Celebration of Grandma’s Cooking, Healing Lore, and Ancestral Traditions
Abuelita Masala is a food extravaganza with several grandmas of different ethnicities sharing their best dishes and offering a tasting and discussion about the origins of food recipes and preparations. This event is part of exhibition programming for Abuela’s Kitchen and is hosted by the Staten Island Urban Center and features guests from the Staten Island community.
