Learn from Pam Silvestri about creative and unexpected ways to use herbs in everyday cooking. Discover how fresh herbs can bring flavor, nutrition, and excitement to dishes in places you might never think of using them. You’ll also learn how easy it is to grow culinary herbs using compost and simple gardening techniques, making it possible to enjoy fresh ingredients right from your own garden.
