Discovery Pass
Hours & Admissions
With the Discovery Pass at Snug Harbor, you can visit the Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art, Chinese Scholar’s Garden, Noble Maritime Collection, and Staten Island Museum with just one $20 admission ticket, valid for an entire year. The Discovery Pass allows you one visit per attraction.
*Art Lab School of Fine and Applied Arts will offer a $25 discount to passholders who are first-time registrants of their classes when they register for the class in person.
We encourage all visitors to purchase their Discovery Pass online in advance of their visit.
The Discovery Pass will also be sold in person at the following locations:
- Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art (Building C)
- Chinese Scholar’s Garden (entrance at Cottage E)
- Noble Maritime Collection (Building D)
- Children’s Museum (Building M)
- Staten Island Museum (Building A)
Visit any one of the following attractions to pick up your physical pass card:
- Newhouse Center for Contemporary Art (Building C)

- Staten Island Museum (Building A)
Show a proof of purchase: either a printed confirmation email or confirmation email on your phone.
- If you bought your Discovery Pass in person on campus, you will receive a physical pass card upon purchase.
- Show your pass card at the front desk of each attraction to be admitted. The Discovery Pass is valid for one admission to each attraction.
- To access your Art Lab class registration discount, you must register for your class in person.
